The method

Use action to learn.

Indie Humans does not try to give you certainty. It helps you construct a smaller loop with reality.

01

Aim

Name a direction without turning it into an identity claim.

02

Act

Choose the smallest honest experiment you can actually run.

03

Observe

Notice the result before explaining it away.

04

Update

Keep the signal. Change the model, the action, or the aim.

What changes

From outcome control to process ownership.

Most stuckness comes from asking an action to guarantee an outcome. The useful question is smaller: what can you do, what would it reveal, and what would you change if the result disagreed with your expectation?

Who this is for

Independent people who value autonomy but notice that analysis, optimization, or a need to be right keeps them from receiving feedback.

This is educational reflection for decisions, experiments, and aims. It is not therapy or professional advice.
